Important Notes
- Rates valid until December 31, 2024, except modifications notified through our website.
- The order of the tours is indicative, the schedule will be defined taking into account the starting day of the service.
- The tour schedule will be provided 24 hours in advance, any changes or modifications will be communicated in advance or at the
reception of the hotel upon arrival. - Prices per person based on double, triple or family occupancy.
- Includes transfers, lodging, meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and excursions as described above, plus service taxes (alcoholic
beverages and other additional consumption are not included). - Supplement for single occupancy of room: 150 PEN per night.
- Supplement for single occupancy of room in high season: 300 PEN per night.
- Infants from 0 to 2 years and 11 months are exempt from payment, they share all services including bed, food and seat with parents,
in case additional payments are required for tickets or others, this will be made by parents. - Infants from 3 to 4 years and 11 months have a 75% discount on the regular adult rate.
- Children from 5 to 11 years and 11 months have a 25% discount on the regular adult rate.
- The company is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by weather conditions, strikes or social conflicts, rescheduling or cancellations made by the airline or transport company and/or personal reasons of the passengers (own or family health, accidents, unforeseen events, deaths, etc.), applying in all these cases the provisions of our cancellation policy.
- The order of the tours indicated in the program is referential, the tours and excursions are subject to changes, rescheduling or cancellations, due to internal dispositions and/or factors not controllable by the company, such as weather conditions, road closures or other force majeure.
- Tours and transfers are shared service. Please contact our reservations area if you wish a private service.
- Private service programs are subject to an additional 25% surcharge.
- Transfers in shared service included in the program are made at the following times:
TRANSFER IN: 11:30 or 14:30
TRANSFER OUT: 10:30 or 15:30. - Transfers outside the established schedules will be considered private with an additional charge of 30.00 PEN per person.
- The same payment, rescheduling and reimbursement conditions for flexible accommodation rates apply to individual and group
